Part-Time Administrator

Salary: £26,000 pro rata (£14,860 actual)
Position: Part time, permanent position.
Working Hours: 20 hours a week (3-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
Holiday: 25 days per year, plus bank holidays plus your birthday

Location: Combination of Office in Fleet, Hampshire and Working From Home (WFH)

We are looking for an organised, motivated and reliable Administrator to be part of our dedicated team based in Fleet, Hampshire.

We’re looking for someone with administration experience to help with the delivery of SEO services, running the office, and looking after an ecommerce website.

You will be responsible for the delivery of specific services to Leapfrog’s clients. You will support other team members with administration, customer service and digital marketing activities.

Full on-the-job training will be given, as well as opportunities to learn with online courses.

This is a very varied role, with every day being different in terms of what you will be doing, and which clients and team members you will be working with.

Key duties and responsibilities

Running the monthly guest post creation process, including getting articles written and formatted by sub-contractors
Running an established ecommerce store, and helping to grow the online sales
Organising and running the office, and organising team social events
Answering phone, email and instant messaging queries, and providing responsive customer service

Experience Required
• At least 2 years experience in an administrative position
• Excellent written and verbal skills

Desirable Experience
• Knowledge of and/or interest in digital marketing.
