DIRECTOR

By Day: I’m working with the Leapfrog team optimising websites, talking to clients, and keeping up-to-date with Google algorithm changes.

By Night: I’ll be sometimes at the gym, often trying to communicate in vain with 2 teenage kids, and mostly binge watching the latest Netflix thriller.

Something for the Weekend: You’ll find me trying to not get stung while looking after my bee colonies or planning my next sailing adventure. Beer normally makes an appearance either way.

Call on me: For no nonsense advice about whether SEO can work for you. For some businesses and sectors, it works really well. For others, other marketing channels work much better.

Samantha John

ACCOUNT MANAGER

By Day: I’m your friendly neighbourhood account manager, liaising with our clients about anything under the sun!

By Night: You’ll find me at the gym or watching whichever drama I’m obsessed with at the moment.

Something for the Weekend: If I’m outside I’m happy! I’m often seeing friends and family and either hosting or attending one of the endless parties that dominate my kids’ diaries!

Call on me: For anything at all – if you’re a client, or want to be one, I’m here to help.

SEO MANAGER

By Day: I’ll be working my way through website audits, fixing broken pages, liaising with clients and strategizing new ways to boost your rankings.

By Night: For the precious few hours I’m not taking my kids to clubs you can find me reading, helping out my son’s football club or watching US cop shows.

Something for the Weekend: Football, football and more football! If it’s not round and kicked about it doesn’t get a look in.

Call on me: For all your SEO needs – optimising your site to move higher in search results, raising brand awareness, managing paid ads, competitor & content research and ensuring website health.

PARTNERSHIPS & CONTENT MANAGER

By Day: I’ll normally be found planning, writing, and formatting engaging content for Leapfrog’s clients.

By Night: I become a taxi service for one or all of my 3 daughters or exercising the 2 dogs.

Something for the Weekend: I’ll be either training for or running an ultramarathon somewhere in the UK. Then I’ll be drinking wine. Occasionally I’ll dip into some poetry composition…

Call on me: For blog content and landing pages that your prospective clients will want to read.

Emilia Stanczyk

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

By Day: You’ll find me looking after company finances and all the other administration which goes into running the office!

By Night: I’m a multitasking high level service robot looking after my two beloved sons.

Something for the Weekend: I’ll hope to be reading, sewing, crafting, practising yoga, taking long walks and studying alchemy… as long as my boys don’t spring some more diverse activities on me…!

Call on me: For any financial reports, invoice queries, paying bills, odd bits and pieces, and milk or tea-bag supply catastrophes!

By Day: I’m behind the scenes doing all the stuff that gets your website seen. Mainly with backlinks and website optimisation but I’m always up for a challenge!

By Night: I head down to the gym to work out the stresses that the internet can cause, or out with friends to do the same!

Something for the Weekend: You’ll either find me at the pub or walking my 2 dogs (the walks don’t always end at the pub, promise!)

ASSITANT SEO EXECUTIVE

By Day: I’m learning the ropes of digital marketing while getting stuck into all the stuff that will help your website perform. From guest posting and site audits to optimisation, no two days are quite the same, and I’m always keen to learn something new.

By Night: You’ll usually find me out on a walk with my sister, tackling a Wordle or brain teaser, rolling out my yoga mat, or fitting in a workout to unwind after the day.

Something for the Weekend: I love spontaneous days out with family and friends, getting hooked on a good Netflix series, or indulging in a little retail therapy after a busy week.

Call on me: For support with digital marketing tasks, fresh ideas, or if you need someone who’s always happy to learn and take on a new challenge.
