Part-Time Account Manager

Salary: £12 per hour
Position: Part time, permanent position.
Working Hours: 20 – 25 hours a week (4 – 5 hours per day, Monday – Friday) with the potential to go up to full time.
Holiday: 22 days per year, plus your Birthday
Benefits: WPA health insurance.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Account Manager to be part of our dedicated team based in Fleet, Hampshire. ( Due to COVID-19 restrictions you may be working remotely to begin with but as soon as it is safe the role will be office based.)

This isn’t a sales role, it is all about building strong relationships with our varied clients.
Key duties and responsibilities
• Be main point of contact for a range of clients, and manage/improve those relationships
• Manage meetings, emails and phone calls to/from clients
• Liaise with SEO team to schedule and complete client work
• Be responsive to clients’ needs, and ensure promises are always delivered on time
• Report to clients on monthly basis on how their account is performing

Experience Required
• At least 2 years experience in customer service or account management in an agency environment
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• At least a C grade in GCSE Maths and English

Desirable Experience
• Knowledge of or interest in SEO and digital marketing.
